SEB Series / SER Series
The NB SEB/SER Miniature Guide are engineered to be compact and light weight to ensure precise linear operation at high speeds. The SEB Slide Guide uses precision-machined steel balls as rolling elements promoting exceptionally low resistance with smooth, stable operation at low cost. Likewise, the SER Slide Guide uses precision-machined cylindrical rollers, ensuring high rigidity and high load capacity with low noise.
High Load Stability, Easy Installation and Maintenance
GL Series/SGL Series / SGW Series
The NB "high load" GL/SGL/SGW Slide Guide is designed to maintain stability under extremely high load conditions. The use of 4 ball circuits and arch ball groove design stabilitizes uneven multidirectional load factors and assures smooth continuous movement throughout the work cycle.
The GL/SGL/SGW bearing block incorporates a ball retainer, permitting the block to be easily removed from the rail. This allows for ease of maintenance and assembly of your machine. The "pre-seals" are designed specially for this Slide Guide, providing superior lubrication retention over long periods of operation.
An optional feature available is the Raydent. This treatment is applied to both block and rail which will provide for a highly dependable and proven anti-corrosion protection package. This feature is found to be idealistic in clean room applications.

NB's FIT Series of slide bush and shaft assemblies optimize clearance between shaft and bush. NB's precision manufacturing assures customers the best clearance for their needs.
There is no need to accept maximum clearances of + 17 microns when NB's FIT series offers just + 4 microns. Shaft end placement deviation is reduced 70% from the standard 0.046mm when compared with the FIT Series which is only 0.011mm. Because NB achieves a perfect 'fit', you can take advantage of the cost savings afforded by specifying a standard slide bush, slide rotary bush or stroke bush rather than designing in clearance adjustable housings and trying to make do. NB Corporation of America - NB’s SYBS Miniature Metric Slide Table
The NB miniature SYBS slide table is a limited stroke slide with the most compact envelope dimensions, featuring two ball raceway grooves. SYBS type utilizes balls as the rolling elements. The ultra compact design contributes greatly to the creation of smaller and lighter industrial machinery and equipment of all types.
NB's SYBS metric miniature slide table incorporates a unique integrated ball cage between the table and bed. All components have been produced with high precision machining technologies.

Ultra Compact Design
The table height of the SYBS type is 3.2 ~ 4.5mm and the width is 6 ~ 12mm. This compact envelope when compared with conventional slide tables aids miniaturization of machinery and equipment.
Low Friction - Low Noise
Since the rolling ball elements do not re-circulate, the frictional resistance will not vary significantly resulting in smooth high precision operation. Additionally, the caged balls greatly reduce the contact noise of the rolling elements for quiet operation.
High Accuracy
The ball raceway grooves of the bed and table are processed through simultaneous precision machining resulting in minimal processing errors, and bringing about extremely smooth, precise linear movement.
Stainless Steel Structure
SYBS slide tables are constructed from stainless steel materials. This allows for use in corrosive or high temperature applications. The SYBS is a perfect component for vacuum or clean room environments.
